Pantene Oil Replacement Review

Regular oiling of your hair is a must if you wish your pretty tresses to be voluminous and healthy. Oiling, which was a regular, normal thing to do every week for kids now seem like a luxury for college students. It’s absolutely heavenly to have our mother or grandmother massages and oil our hair while regaling stories from their youth. For college students it’s get up, run fingers through hair, wear whatever is clean and dash out of the room. Oiling is probably scribbled at the bottom of their to-do list.

I constantly forget to oil my hair and that results in hair fall and dryness. I use a flat iron as well so you can pretty much imagine how damaged my hair is. My mom practically has to shove me down on a chair and oil my hair.

However, I do enjoy using serums and oils to keep my hair moisturised and frizz free. My constant companion was my trusty Argan Oil of Morocco but I wish it helped me control my frizz better and nourish it properly.

I was introduced to Pantene Oil Replacement a couple of weeks ago and it looked very promising.

Pantene introduces their latest solution to help us free ourselves from the hassle of oiling. The new Pantene Oil Replacement has Pro-V and the goodness of oils to help hair become stronger, nourished and overthrow the struggles oiling.

Pantene Oil Replacement comes in a gold tube packaging which makes it stand out. With a sturdy, tight flip clap at its base, the product is travel friendly. It has detailed description and instructions on the back.

I use a walnut sized amount and spread it evenly through my freshly washed, dried hair. The formula is very rich, thick and creamy not greasy and sticky like the regular hair oils. It can be used on damp or dry hair and even after heat styling.

Because of my constant heat styling, I had regular hair fall and I have no doubt I had damaged it as well. After using the Oil Replacement for a while now, my hair looks and feels stronger, well-nourished and definitely reduced my hair fall a little. I love how the fragrance lingers on my hair for a long time, which makes me want to bury my face in it. It has a very sweet, berry fragrance which is one of my favourite scents.

I really like how my hands are always non-sticky after I’ve generously coated my hair with the product. It leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth for hours and my frizz usually stays under control for a few hours which I am very thankful for.

I tend to carry it around in my handbag and use a little amount whenever necessary. It has definitely become a life essential and I don’t see it leaving my side any time soon.
